30 Kts of wind made for a poor opener of the 2008 cod season. Even the large party boats either stayed in port or came home after a short look see being unable to fish in the rough sea condition. Today dosent look much better with Gale Warnings being posted. Better days are coming so the cod had better watch out!
The Lady Diane is just about ready to be splashed for the 2008 season. Next week we will do some shakedown runs and check out some of our favorite spring numbers on Stellwagen Bank and the surrounding areas.
