Happy Kids (are exhausted kids!)

It has been a great two weeks of fishing. Limited out on cod on 3 of 4 trips and came within 3 on the 4th. Hooked a huge Porbeable shark and came close to landing him until the reel backlashed ??? and the dropper loop on the cod bite leader broke (just where it should have).
On the tuna scene they are here but are tough to hook. Good news is the sand eels showed on the NWC a couple days ago and I saw a huge mass of halfbeaks for the first time this year. Time to break out the sluggos and ballyhoo. I think we are about to see the beginning of an epic fall tuna season.
From now until late next week I am booked nearly every day so check the calendar on my site for available dates. In September I will be fishing only on weekends and holidays and I have most weekends open as of this date. The tuna and cod fishing only gets better (hard to imagine in terms of cod) so book your dates now. I plan to fish until the end of October (weather permitting) so there is still time to get in on the action!
