Christmas is rapidly approaching and I am getting ready to man the sleigh and head to Pittsburgh Pa to be with my daughter and her family which includes my new grandson Adrian!  The sleigh is full of presents, food, and our three dogs so the adventure is about to begin.

The first of the year should bring news on what the NMFS is planning for us in terms of the interim policy for ground fish  that they are going to put in place for the 2009 season beginning in May.  Rumors are not good so keep your fingers crossed that the powers to be will have a change of heart.  I will post the information here as soon as I hear officially.
