Shark Fishing
Shark fishing charters will find you on offshore ledges using stand-up tackle to fight these great predators of the sea. We will use both live bait and trolling methods to entice these fighting machines to hook up. Although sharks may be found in our waters at all times, the prime season in our area is late August and September. During this time blue sharks are found in great numbers and provide an excellent day of sport fishing. Since, blue sharks are in-edible, it is the policy of Full Strike Anglers to release all blue sharks that are brought to boat side. Occasionally, porbeagle, mako, and thresher sharks are hooked and if landed, one fish may be taken per day, by regulation. These sharks provide excellent table fare. For those interested in a combo type trip, shark charters may also be split to include groundfishing as well.
